Reading articles and chapters from the book, "Beyond the Food Game" (Latimer, 2000 - Living Quest), I have found that one of my older, more resilient behaviors is binge eating.  This mindless, emotionally charged behavior is common to most people, male and female alike.

In this article I propose, I will explore my relationship with food, the emotional triggers that cause binge eating and the steps I have taken to curb the binge eating and ultimately learning how to stay present in my body when eating.
