"Tuning in" to the world around me is exactly what this zombie-friendly website is about. The zombie metaphor, as it relates to my life, is important because it parallels the transformation I have undergone in the last 4 years. Through IBP Therapy, journalizing and ACOA (Adult Children of Alcoholics) I have gone from the living dead to a fully awake and aware human 'being'.

My proposal for my first article (which could be a series) will detail the initial steps taken when I realized my life, as a zombie, was unmanageable. This article will explore the beginning of the transformation from zombie to human.
